Terms of use
These terms cover your use of Apex, software published by Axtropy. Using Apex means you accept them.
Licence
A subscription grants you use of the hosted Apex service for the accounts you pay for. Operator plans grant the same hosted service with the operator portal, for the operator to resell slots to their own clients. The software itself is never distributed. You may not redistribute or reverse engineer it.
Your responsibility
Automating Lords Mobile breaks IGG's terms of service. You are solely responsible for any consequence to your accounts, including suspension or permanent loss. We make no guarantee of undetectability and never have — see our ban-risk guide. You are responsible for holding the rights to any account you automate.
No warranty
Apex is provided as is. Lords Mobile changes without notice and automation breaks when it does. We work to restore functionality quickly, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for in-game losses, lost resources, or lost accounts.
Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Logins and balances
You can create a login on this site, with a password or with Google. A new login starts with a free trial of two accounts on Apex Ultimate for one day, counted from when the login is created; places are limited, so a trial may not be available when you ask. A login holds no funds, and after the trial nothing runs until funds or a plan are added by us when you ask; they are spent on the services you buy in the portal. One trial is meant for one person: we may refuse or end a trial we believe was made to get around that. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what is done with your login. You must give an email address you control.
Termination
We may terminate a licence for resale, redistribution, attempts to circumvent licensing, or use that endangers our other customers.
